Returns

  1. Request a refund or exchange by contacting support@silentusjewelry.com with your order number.
  2. You will receive an email containing detailed instructions on how to return your item(s) based on your location. All returns will be sent to our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden
  3. Securely package the relevant item(s) and send them to us as per the provided instructions.
  4. Once we receive your return, we will process it within 10 business days. The refund will exclude any delivery costs incurred.

You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Provided that the jewelry is in the same condition as you received it. You must return your item with its original packaging. For exchanges, we will ship the new item(s) at no additional cost. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods. The request for a refund or exchange will be processed once the warehouse confirms receipt and handling of the returned item.

Cancellations
Your right of cancellation of order is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you want to cancel the order. The grace period begins on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. If the agreement concerns a custom made item - or an item that has been given a clear personal touch, the grace period begins on the day we provide information.
If you return an unused product with associated labels and packaging within 14 days, the entire amount will be refunded except for possible shipping costs or other options such as e.g. "priority delivery".
In the case of a right of cancellation/purchase on approval, we do not reimburse shipping costs and the responsibility for the shipment reaching us is your responsibility. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. In the event of an canceled purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping.
The right of withdrawal is not accepted for non-sealed products.

Exchanges
When initiating an exchange, our return's policy applies to the return of the goods. If you are exchanging your item for a product of greater value, you will be required to pay additional fees to cover the cost of the new item. If you want a product at a lower value, we will refund the difference.

Damaged Goods
If goods are faulty, we will assist you with free replacement and no need for a return. Contact us at support@silentusjewelry.com and we will assist you with a free replacement.
